Terms of use

Effective October 6, 2026

By using theleasesheet.com you agree to these terms.

Information only

The Lease Sheet publishes lease offers and estimates for general information. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and we are not a dealer, broker or lender. We don't arrange, negotiate or guarantee any lease.

Offers and estimates

Lease programs come from manufacturers and public sources and can change or end without notice. They're available to well-qualified lessees through participating dealers, and regional pricing may differ from what's shown. The "true $0 down" and tax-inclusive figures are estimates based on stated assumptions. Your actual payment depends on your credit, the vehicle, the dealer's fees and the lender's terms. Always confirm the numbers on the dealer's worksheet before signing.

How to read the numbers

Advertised leases are manufacturer programs (national unless marked "Confirm for 07423") for well-qualified lessees (typically 700+ credit). Payments exclude tax, title, registration and dealer fees and may require dealer participation. Mileage is usually 10,000–12,000 miles a year; confirm on the brand site. True $0-down figures are estimates using NJ tax and typical fees. Data updated weekly from Kelley Blue Book, Autotrader, CarWhere and RealCarTips. Not affiliated with any dealer or broker; we take no dealer money.

No warranty

We work to keep the data accurate and current, but the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy or completeness.

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Lease Sheet isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information, including any lease or purchase decision.
