Best advertised leases
The payment in the ad hides the cash at signing. Real cost / mo spreads the due-at-signing over the term so every deal compares on one number. % of MSRP is that real cost divided by sticker (shown where the sticker price is published); under 1.0% is strong, over 1.25% is weak.

Factory lease cash
Lease cash is money the manufacturer puts toward the price on a lease. It lowers the capitalized cost before you negotiate anything. If the dealer's worksheet doesn't show it as a line item, ask for it by name.

Local dealers
Every factory lease program on this site is honored at any franchised dealer for that brand. These are the dealers across North Jersey, New York City, Rockland and Westchester, with the best true $0-down deal you can get at each one this month.
Loaner & demo specials
Service loaners and executive demos are new cars with a few thousand miles, titled as new for lease purposes on many brands. They often carry the same lease cash as new plus a percentage off MSRP. Luxury brands discount them hardest.

How to ask for a loaner
- Email the internet sales manager: "Send me your current loaner and demo list with VIN, miles and MSRP."
- Ask for the discount as a % off MSRP. Mercedes demos traded at 15–20% off in NJ this summer.
- Confirm the car still qualifies for this month's lease cash and the standard residual (some brands deduct for miles).
- Check the in-service date. The factory warranty usually started the day it went into loaner service.
Red flags
- Residual reduced for mileage without an extra discount to offset it.
- "Reconditioning" or "protection" add-ons added to the price.
- Mileage allowance that starts at zero instead of the odometer reading.
- Any fee to "reserve" the car before you've seen the numbers.
Your walk-in deal sheet
Pick a deal, add the local fees, and copy the sheet to your phone. Hand it to the salesperson: this is the car, this is the advertised program, these are the fees I'll accept.

Have us check your dealer quote
Send us the dealer's worksheet and we'll flag padded fees, a marked-up money factor, missing lease cash and add-ons you didn't ask for, before you sign.
Check any lease quote
Plug in the numbers from a dealer's worksheet. If your monthly comes out higher than theirs is quoting, something is missing; if theirs is higher, ask which line is padded.
