Why I built this
Hi, I'm Mike. I love cars, and I've always loved getting them.
When I was younger, buying a car was a sport. I'd walk into a dealer, work the numbers, walk out, and go to the next one. Then the next. I'd keep going until I found the deal, and I always knew when I had it.
That doesn't work anymore. The real numbers are buried in fine print and regional programs. Fees show up at the desk that were never in the ad. "Zero down" almost never means zero. And nobody has four Saturdays to spend in showrooms, so most people either take the first number they're given or pay a broker to fight for them.
So I built The Lease Sheet.
What it does
- Every advertised lease, every month. Every manufacturer program for 29 brands, refreshed weekly, in one place.
- The real cost. Every deal shows what you'd actually pay with truly nothing down, New Jersey tax and fees included. That's the number the ads leave out.
- The factory money. Lease cash and incentives you should ask for by name.
- The local dealers. Every franchised store in Bergen, Passaic and Rockland, and the best deal you can get at each one.
- A deal sheet you hand to the salesperson. The car, the program, the fees you'll accept and the ones you won't.
The goal is simple: walk in, say the deal, and leave.
What I promise
- No dealer money. Dealers don't pay to be listed or ranked.
- No broker fees. You deal with the dealer directly.
- Your info stays yours. I never sell or share your name or email with dealers.
- If a number is wrong, tell me and I'll fix it.
Questions or a deal that beat what's here? Reply to any email from The Lease Sheet. I read them.
